His career includes the successful delivery of complex projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term asset durability.
As CEO, James oversees the firm’s development, construction, and engineering divisions, ensuring each project is executed with precision from initial design through completion. His commitment to operational excellence, paired with a deep understanding of project lifecycle management, allows Arundel to consistently deliver on time and within budget—while maintaining the highest industry standards.
Lia Ellis
Managing Partner & Chief Development Officer
Lia Ellis serves as Managing Partner & CDO, bringing more than 20 years of leadership in healthcare operations, real estate transactions, and capital partnerships. Prior to joining Arundel, Lia led national physician groups and healthcare organizations through complex real estate acquisitions, professional services joint ventures, and M&A transactions valued at over $14 Billion.
Lia’s expertise in navigating regulated, capital-intensive industries translates directly into Arundel’s disciplined approach to investment structuring, risk management, and passive investor alignment. She is responsible for the firm’s investment strategy, capital raising efforts, and investor relations. Lia believes that successful investing is built on a foundation of alignment, transparency, and disciplined execution. Her leadership style blends investor-first service with operational rigor, helping Arundel deliver Best in Class, risk-adjusted opportunities across asset classes and market cycles.
